The famous novel "La Casa de los Espíritus" by Isabel Allende has been made into a theatrical performance at the Denver Center of Performing Arts. Celebrating Hispanic Culture through Theatre

This Spring Spanish for Life students and their friends/family members attended 2 fabulous performances at the Denver Center of Performing Arts.

Mariela in the Dessert was a simple yet profound theme about dreams, life and how they sometimes don't get along... until the end.

In the Heights was a Broadway Musical on tour in Denver for only 2 weeks. It depicted life on the streets in a diverse neighborhood. The families shared their values of real community: friendship sacrifice, encouragement and success.

I can't wait until next Spring to see what they bring us here in Denver again!
